Baby Food Recipe : Applesauce

Ingredients:
  • Apple
Directions:
  • Peel large apple
  • slice into 4 pieces
  • prepare a small amount of water into a pan with cover
  • Boil until tender
  • Check on the water level and stir
  • Mashed the apple with potato masher
  • After mashing the apple, mix the water to the mashed apple
You can also add some cereals if desired
